Just moved to Hudson from Minneapolis one year ago and couldn't be happier to have a place like RJ's. One of the best butcher shops I've had the fortune of patronizing and easily rivals the best butcher shops Minneapolis or St. Paul have to offer. Visiting from out of state this week. RJs was the only place in Western WI I found that carried a tri-tip. Cooked it up to a nice medium rare with a little apple wood smoke. Absolutely delicious cut of meat!
