I rented properties from 07-2017 I once requested carpet replacement due to my child having asthma and she put faux wood floors in the whole place before we moved in which helped a lot. Julie can be very lax and a very understanding and she does go out of her way to help people. What a breath of fresh to have great property managers in Bellingham. Our landlords retired and moved out of the country, leaving us with RJR. Julie is incredibly kind and good at her job. She communicates extremely well and is a pleasure to deal with.

Chester Shaw of RJR Real Estate hired me to replace a toilet on a rental near Alabama St. The new toilet was properly installed and the old one left behind (as discussed). Later I received a phone call from Ol' Chester saying that the property owner wasn't going to pay him until I disposed of the toilet, and therefore Chester would not be able to pay me until I did so. I told him that this was not part of the original agreement, he then apologized and said that it would be the only way to get the money. Ryan Hansen

Rented through them for a little over 2 years. Maintenance was handled faster than any other property management company I have ever rented from. Very fair, would recommend to anyone.
