I had the pleasure of RJG replacing my iPad screen. It was ready when they promised. I was overcharged and they credited me only to find out it didn't go through. They called me and explained the situation and asked me to come in for a cash credit. Thankful for honest and friendly businesses.
VERY UNORGANIZED. ..I have never posted a bad review but this has aggravated me...I have made several trips back and forth to get my sons screen repaired, with calls beforehand to verify they had what I needed...only to drop off the phone and return each time to be told they never had what I needed...I have wasted more time making trips back and forth than necessary and will not use them again.

Our two technicians in the store knew what phone screens we are out of today and could have put your name on our list of people to call when we received stock or we could have answered stock availability questions over the phone before you made a trip out. I brought my iPhone 5C here to have the LED repaired after another "Cell phone repair" store destroyed it. I was highly impressed with RJG. The tech was done with it in under 20 minutes and highly professional. It was an over all great experience from the time I walked in to the time I walked out.
They changed my 5s screen to a new one in less than 20 mins! Very friendly people & the prices are reasonable. Unlike others shops, RJG Computers allow opportunities such as contests and discounts. Be sure to check them out! I highly recommend them! ☺️

Not only did they fix my cracked screen on my phone they have me a loaner phone till the part was in! Then they fixed my computer! Excellent service and wonderful, pleasant people!
