I dropped my daughter's phone off this morning after she shattered the screen. I didn't read the - very clear and visible - sign that said they closed at 2pm on Saturdays. When we showed up at 2:15pm to pick her phone up, my daughter was so upset with me. I called and emailed to see if there was any way someone could meet me to get her phone.
