Stopped in RJ Stohr's Monday with a broken watch band even though they didn't carry that brand, they took the time to come up with a solution. The time and personal attention I was given as a walkin customer was phenomenal. With trying to satisfy the customers need they went above and beyond what any other Jewelry store had offered me.
