Terrific house to vacation in. 3rd year in a row and hoping to be able to come back again. Easy walk to a very nice beach or into the town.

we had a wonderful time at 53 E. 11th St. in Avalon. Great house perfect location close to the beach. This is our second time renting this house and would definitely do it again.RJ Soens Group is very good to work with.
