They shipped the wrong part. When I asked for a cross-ship (their mistake), it was refused. Their solution was to leave a customer’s vehicle stuck on a lift while they processed an exchange using the slowest shipping possible. I explicitly told them to process the return as a refund. They acknowledged it — then processed an exchange anyway. Now I’m forced to wait for more incorrect parts I never ordered, return them again, and repeatedly follow up just to get my money back.
