My family and I live in Owls Head East subdivision in Freeport, and if I could leave zero stars I would. On 11/7/2025 we received a complaint from the HOA managed by Rizzetta. On that day I responded with a records request since Florida residents are allowed to view complaints that are filed as official records and covered under the HOA Act. Chrisha Martin and the Rizetta team are extremely responsive and helpful with our community property management needs. I have been an owner of our house (now a rental) for almost 15 years and have had numerous property management companies.
