I have had the pleasure of working with Sara and Kim at Rizetta and both of them have been expert communicators and incredibly professional. There is a certain feeling of reassurance that sets in when you have the opportunity to deal with sharp and adept association managers. Claire Durham and her team has been a pleasure to work with. Have worked for her in the past, she makes things easy. You can tell she is a go getter, gets things done for her company and properties as if they were her own. She not only cares about the people she works for, but the people she works with, as well as her clients and their best interests.

My family and I live in Owls Head East subdivision in Freeport, and if I could leave zero stars I would. On 11/7/2025 we received a complaint from the HOA managed by Rizzetta. On that day I responded with a records request since Florida residents are allowed to view complaints that are filed as official records and covered under the HOA Act. I have made multiple calls requesting access to my records and have been stonewalled or received no response the entire time. Shelby is ineffective, and Claire must still be at a meeting... read more
