If I Could Give 0 Stars, I Would Rizzetta Property Management is rude, unprofessional, and lazy when it comes to handling reported issues. They don’t investigate, they don’t resolve, and they act like doing their job is an inconvenience. Instead of taking accountability, they’d likely nitpick this review just to defend themselves—proving the exact poor service I experienced. I would never recommend them, nor would I want to live in a community managed by them.

Once again Ms. Allison to my rescue! There was a miscommunication with work done at our home that turned out to be something that my husband & I loved! This meant we had to go back to our HOA & get the changes approved! I sent an email to Ms. Allison & she helped to make sure our mishap was taken care of! We love our new home even more because of it!
Allison was extremely helpful and answered all my questions promptly and professionally.
People must be careful with this company!!! They don’t provide accurate information to pay and they make everything as possible to not answer your calls to solve the problem, once they send the payment to collection and put more than $800 in fees they suddenly take the calls. I’m still waiting for a help from the Community Association Manager Conrad Ferguson. Also they don’t do anything to the community, the lakes are full of seaweed and it’s been like that for a while, I hope they can take any responsibility for this.
