I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding the lack of communication from your team. I have received no replies to my emails or calls for weeks. Despite my numerous attempts to reach out, the issues I have raised remain unresolved. It is disappointing that my concerns are not being addressed, and it feels as though there is a complete lack of regard for my situation.
If I Could Give 0 Stars, I Would Rizzetta Property Management is rude, unprofessional, and lazy when it comes to handling reported issues. They don’t investigate, they don’t resolve, and they act like doing their job is an inconvenience. Instead of taking accountability, they’d likely nitpick this review just to defend themselves—proving the exact poor service I experienced. I would never recommend them, nor would I want to live in a community managed by them.

Once again Ms. Allison to my rescue! There was a miscommunication with work done at our home that turned out to be something that my husband & I loved! This meant we had to go back to our HOA & get the changes approved! I sent an email to Ms. Allison & she helped to make sure our mishap was taken care of! We love our new home even more because of it!
