I had telephoned, and let them know the reason for my visit, to which they agreed to doing the treatment. I arrived on time, to wait nearly two hours only for her to tell me the visit was just for an examination. Absolutely unprofessional, and disrespectful of my time! They also did x-rays without providing me with protective glasses.
