Horrible experience. We had them come out to look at an outside drain. He sat there roto rootering for over an hour and didn't make any progress, but continued to sit there looking like he was doing something. He didn't have some equipment he needed to do the job. The drain flooded again less than a week later. We even had the foreman come out and take a look. He was supposed to quote us some more work he thought needed done. Thanks Rivo for sending someone to our house within 30 minutes of calling! Coming downstairs after my shower to see our hardwood floors drenched with company coming for the holidays this weekend threw me into panic mode! They showed up quickly, found the problem quickly, explained the problem to my husband, fixed the problem and was gone in an hour. Thanks for saving me from a holiday melt down :)
Perfect. They kept their word. They showed up on time. They were quick and resolved the issue. They were friendly. They treated me with respect. They are obviously the opposite of the old Boche plumbing. Thank you for everything!
I have to write and say thank you to Rivo plumbing! My toilet was "rocking" due to issues with the floor. My mother is disabled and NEEDS the toilet! When they checked it out they quickly got to work. Fred "called for backup" to replace the flooring (calling Scott from another job) so they could get the work done THAT DAY. Some other companies would have told me I was out of luck until they had time to do it. They fixed the floor, put in a new toilet and even got done earlier then they expected.
