RecommendedWe had Rivo in for what we thought was a small shower door leak, that turned in to a much larger repair! They were still able to get it finished the same day! Everyone was so kind and gave updates along the way!! Will absolutely be using again in the future!

Needed plumbing quickly done and didn’t have time to do it myself, got charged 2800 to plumb 3 sinks and plumb a dishwasher. Took 3 days for and got charged 2k in labor.
Excellent! They are the best! Very responsive, explained what should be replaced and why. I asked replacing about a laundry room as well and was told it didn’t need to be replaced and explained why it was okay as is. This type of service is outstanding and shows how customer focused they are - saving me money when I wouldn’t have known it didn’t need to be replaced. I’ve called Rivo Plumbing on several occasions and will not hesitate to call them again if needed.
When you all quote a price of no more than 150 and then end up charging 309 for a job that takes 45 minutes it tends to make customers unhappy.
our main line was blocked and sewage coming into our basement. we got ahold of our home warranty who sent the info to Rivo. Less than 24 hours we are back in our home. thank you sooo much
We had our job bid at 'should take about a day'. So we budgeted for about 10 hours. It wasn't even a close bid. We did have to get rough plumbing one day then have them back to finish up later due to flooring issues. So we added 5 hours onto our budget. Imagine our sad surprise when the job took way longer and our original estimate was almost tripled! On a positive note. they do let you know when they are coming and they arrived on time and were curteous. I just know we wouldn't be able to afford them again!
