La ubicación es un éxito, todo el personal son una belleza me sentí en casa, definitivamente seguirá siendo mi hotel favorito, todos el equipo es una pieza fundamental para que esto funcione de maravilla, Valentina, Mike y Julieta de recepción me trataron muy profesional, atendieron todas mis preguntas, Verónica del desayuno es muy amable, Yaneli y Uma mantenían al cien mi habitación, Pabel y Alex de mantenimiento muy pendientes a que mi habitación estuviera perfecta. The only good thing about this pension (it is not a hotel) is the ubication. Our room has a poor a/c in summer you cant stay in the room at afternoon. We talk about this issue and they never fix it. We have 2 small windows to the laudry at backyard, with a horrible odor, imagine a room with no windows, the sell us a 2 queen bed but you cant walk over the room it was very small for two beds. The breakfast is extremely poor. The guy who works in the morning in reception seems he is forced to be there nothing friendly. Look oth... read more
