Great job – Lily at Spa Terre did my manicure/pedicure and was an absolute doll. She was very sweet and did a great job. She is definitely an asset to your resort. Magda? (pretty blonde with accent) was very nice and complimented the Hot N Dry Group for being so nice and polite during our conference. She said it was a very positive experience for the resort. That was a nice thing to hear.

Wonderful resort – This was a wonderful resort with great service and pool environment. If you want a quiet spread out resort I would suggest a different place. This was good for people watching and music. You might want to make a few drinks in your room. Our tab was pretty stiff even with a few of our own drinks. Had a wonderful time though! Oh ya... watch out for the edges of the bed... I drew blood on both legs... you laugh now... just wait until you trip and fall... :)

My wife and I chose the Riviera since it had been quite awhile since we had spent anytime in Palm Springs (...vs. Palm Desert, Ranch Mirage, La Quinta, etc.), and we were looking for sun and solitude. We read some prior reviews and were a bit concerned that, as seniors, the "solitude" part may be a challenge. Love this beautiful hotel! – Has the look and feel of a chi-chi upscale hotel, but surprisingly, lacks all of the attitude and air of superiority. The entire staff from the check in desk to the valets to the maids were really helpful and accommodating, friendly even! We asked for another bed sheet for the sofa bed in our suite and the maid came in and completely re-covered the bed with fresh linens and an extra comforter. OMG AMAZING FOR BUSINESS AND PERSONAL SYACATION – All I can say is amazing regarding this property, company and staff. The venue is absolutely wonderful for business and leisure travel. A total jewel in the sand!! This is my second time and I cannot say enough regarding the staff at the front desk, bell personnel, parking, sales staff, Jessi well totally a pleasure to deal with. Simply Outstanding – The hotel was pretty amazing but what made the experience even better was the outstanding and attentive service we all received while we were there. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and the hotel. Highly recommended.

What an amazing place to stay – I was at the Riveria with a conference I was attending. The staff went out of their way to be gracious and helpful the whole weekend. With the whole hotel being taken up by the conference one would expect a few glitches to come up and they did but they were addressed immediately to everyones satisfaction. I would hightly recommend it as a place to hold a meeting or just a place to vacation.
