Robin Cook is truly one of the wonderful people who make this place feel like home. Whenever we walk through the doors, her warm smile and joyful spirit make us feel welcome. I've had the pleasure of working with Gennaris zugbie as well as Robyn Cook, they've always shown themselves to be so helpful, accommodating and generally very customer service oriented with a SMILE always. What they do is pressure filled yet they do it always kindly. JR is incredible, always asking to help when it's needed. My experience with the Riviera, with a few hiccups here and there, has been great.

We love living in our Riviera condo near Downtown Fort Myers! Special thanks to Robin Cook, our Front Desk Attendant, who always has a smile while competently assisting residents, from answering questions, attending to safety, monitoring incoming contractors, overseeing deliveries, or completing a zillion other daily responsibilities. We greatly appreciate all that Robin does for us and our condo neighbors! Thank you - Tina Gelpi
