Rivet 26 loves to market itself as “luxury,” but don’t be fooled. What you’re really paying for is a rude and unprofessional management team, except Danielle, nonexistent security, useless maintenance, and conditions that are nowhere near worth the rent. This complex is a joke, save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. It seems that new management has done nothing to improve the conditions and are just there to berate you about their "rules" instead of making sure they hold up their end.
Management is great and very responsive to any request that was made. Thank you for your hard work!
Moving into Rivet 23 has been so smooth! Big thanks to Joe for all the help with the setup and getting apartment ready. Love how cool the community feels + all the amenities. Can’t wait to settle in!
We are moving into Rivet 23 and it’s been a smooth experience so far! Joe is helping us setting up the apartment as we need it for our toddler and during the whole process he’s been so supportive and his communication has been great from start till today. The community looks so calm and it also has shops and restaurants nearby. We are so excited to move in!
I have lived here since 2022 and has always been my recommendation for people to live in. But not anymore. Ever since the new management took over, this place has been not worth my monthly rent. The hallways used to be vacuumed DAILY to keep up with the cleanliness but now it's only being cleaned weekly and people are disgusting! In the last 3 years I have lived here, I have never seen a bug in my unit and now this year and end of last year I've been seeing bugs almost every month and I am a clean person!!
