I’ve truly been so thankful for my experience living at Rivet Apartments so far. The property is beautifully maintained, the atmosphere feels welcoming, and the overall living experience has been smooth and comfortable. What stands out most is the professionalism and kindness of the team, everyone has been helpful, responsive, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. It’s refreshing to live in a place where care and attention clearly go into both the community and resident experience.
I moved into Rivet in August 2025 and have really enjoyed living here. Move-in was seamless, and property management is attentive—Danielle and Maryann have been especially helpful. Neighbors are friendly, creating a strong sense of community. Maintenance requests for my apartment are handled promptly, and the common areas are well kept. There isn’t a front desk attendant, which is a downside, but there is nighttime security. Overall, a great place to live.

Spent a while searching for the perfect apartment for my move and I luckily came across Rivet Apartments. Recently moved in and loving the apartment so far! The team was super helpful with onboarding and getting set up! Major shout out to Danielle for the superb assistance with walkthroughs of all my questions before I signed my lease! Would def recommend to anyone looking for a new spot!
