Beautiful property with very nice staff.
I was disappointed with my experience living here. There are several ongoing maintenance and quality-of-life issues that don’t seem to get addressed. The hallways have no air circulation, so they’re often either uncomfortably hot or cold and frequently have an unpleasant odor. The gym equipment is constantly broken or out of service, and the cold plunge that was advertised as an amenity is rarely usable because it’s either dirty or empty. STAY AWAY !!!! This building is a slum electricity has went out twice with in this week , elevators are never working ,random fire alarm evacuations at alll times of the day and night . unkept package room , 3rd floor smells like weed all the time !!!! garage doors every other month are broken and remain o[en for weeks at a time making it unsafe for your vehicle and people and can walk into the building off the street .. don't let the other reviews fool you they give rent reductions for good reviews . have live here for a fe... read more
