Please call in a timely manner with the results of tests that the vet implies are urgently needed. I was promised a phone call Friday, was told the office was busy Friday and Saturday when I called, couldn’t call when you were closed Sunday, and still have not heard back today (Monday, and you have been closed for over an hour now and had all day to call). My dog Philo just had surgery here because she had a lot of stones in her bladder. In fact it was the worse case Dr Dobson had ever seen in her career. I appreciated how from the beginning she didn't suger coat it and she let us know how serious it was and that surgery had to happen. But, she was super positive that my dog would make a full recovery. I have taken all of my pets through the years here for everything from surgeries to grooming and I am always very happy. We have taken all of our pets to Riverwoods. They take time to acquaint themselves with the pets and are very caring and gentle. We were appraised of the cost before hand and received excellent care. I would highly recommend Riverwoods Pet Hospital.
Waited for an hour to see the vet. We took our puppy in for a check up and to ask 2 questions- about his coloring/if there are health issues with double merles that develop later on in life, and about our pup throwing up bile at night. Turns out we should've saved $50 and an hour of our time and just googled it because Google knew more than this guy. He said, and I quote... "Huh...
