I was the Buyer's Agent in a transaction with Bryan. Bryan was so great to work with! My buyers bought a new construction home from him, and the entire process was very smooth. He went above and beyond to accommodate the buyers as their closing dates didn't quite match exactly. Bryan and Tammy's attention to detail in the design portion of the home was stunning! Great quality homes, I would highly recommend working with Bryan as a builder and an agent!

Riverwood Homes is amazing! Bryan and Tammy really know what they are doing when it comes to the home building process. I say “home” because they do more than just build a house. They put a lot of hard work and thought into the process. They are very detailed oriented, and it shows! Everything ran on schedule, as scheduled.
