Her support and wealth of knowledge across so many modalities of healing has been incredible for me, especially in postpartum for both my baby and I. She’s helped me realign, balance emotions and hormones, heal my baby’s birth trauma (shoulder issues from birth complications and GI issues), and is absolutely our family go to for all things wellness. I started seeing Dr. Makeda in the 3rd trimester of my twin pregnancy to try to flip a breech baby and avoid a c-section. She “untangled the hammock” and Baby A flipped to head-down, to the amazement of my OB. I got to have a great delivery and I owe so much of that to Dr. Makeda! My whole family still sees her any time our bodies feel out of whack. She always knows what to do to bring back balance!
By far the best chiropractic experience I have had. Knowledgable, kind, and caring. I have had daily back pain for years following an injury and with help from Riverwell I am feeling better than ever. Highly recommend for anyone new or veteran to chiropractic care.
