The staff at Riverwalk Smile Dentistry is beyond reproach. Emily coordinated with the Department of Veterans Affairs to smoothly transition an appointment for me and assisted me with being able to see the dental staff pretty early. The staff at RSD are compassionate and awesome. I wanted sedation dentistry I have never used any oral medication to help dential procedure anxiety. They were wonderful and the medication that they did give me it really does work.
My Dental hygienist was amazing and caring. She has a great bedside manner and she makes sure that you are really comfortable. The Dentist is amazing!!!! I will stay at Riverwalk Smile Denistry. If you need a new Dentist check them out. Rock Hill and Fort Mill.
Always a very good experience . Sheila is an excellent assistant and I can depend on her to give me great advice on whatever dental issues I'm facing . This time was for a mouthguard. It's amazing how these can be made by a 3D image!
I was blown away with how genuinely nice and welcoming this team is! Tessa was my hygienist and she happily took extra time to explain everything making me feel comfortable and confident throughout my visit. I recently went back for a second visit after the simple and quick Opalescence procedure I chose to have done and was highly impressed with not only the results, but the experience again with this company. I truly felt like a celebrity with how they treated me. They will make you feel like gold!

These folks treat you like family. I felt very comfortable an relaxed with these folks. I felt like I had known them a long time. Can't go wrong with these folks.
The office was clean and inviting, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The wait time was standard, long but not excessively so and they called to get us in sooner than the originally scheduled app!
I highly recommend Riverwalk Smile Dentistry in Rock Hill. I have been a patient for several years now, and I am always impressed with the professional service that I receive from Dr. Seth and the RSD staff. They genuinely care about you and provide very practical and helpful information to ensure you can enjoy a lifetime of good dental health. It is well worth the trip over from Gaffney!
