**Updating my review after living here 4+ years. I moved this review to 3 stars due to things always working in the building, or management not alerting the residents of maintenance, such as the elevators being out of order; etc. Elevators have gone out, HVAC has gone out, the grills have been replaced, windows have fallen out and management doesn't always send a prompt email. The building itself is poorly maintained, with frequent issues such as elevators being out of service for extended periods. Amenities that were promised and heavily advertised remain incomplete years after construction, yet they are still used as a selling point.
