Lived here for 2 years. We loved our time at The Riverwalk and only reason we are moving is for more space. The pool and gym are wonderful and the star of the show. We had minimal issues with our apartment and any problem we ran into was usually fixed by the same day or next day. Leasing staff was lovely and the front desk people were lovely. RENTERS BE AWARE (UPDATE): THERE IS A PERSISTENT WATER LEAK PROBLEM WITHIN THE BUILDING AND NOW THE DRYWALL HAS FALLEN OFF OF THE CEILING AND BLACK MOLD IS APPEARING DUE TO THE SIGNIFICANT DRYWALL DETERIORATION. PMC HAS NOT FIXED THIS ISSUE SINCE OCTOBER 2025 (SUBMITTING THIS REVIEW IN MARCH 2026). The walls are SO THIN that you can hear EVERYBODY. Literally everybody in your aisle. Unprofessional front desk staff tonight
I lived at riverwalk for almost 4 years - I loved it! The location is amazing (Giant grocery store, schuykill trail right there), the views from my apartment, my apartment itself had the highest quality appliances & finishes. Management was always good to me, if you have questions just walk in & someone is there to answer.
