Brittany- office managers is quick and proficient. She manages the property well. Tim, the maintenance gentleman is amazing. He's quick, courteous, and very sweet!
I decided not to rent due to some other reasons not allowing me to live in Milford but I toured with Brittany and she was so nice, kind, and knowledgeable & the space was absolutely stunning. I’d say rent and especially having someone like Brittany in office - seriously someone so kind like that makes a difference in your renting experience.
The property manager has been great, she’s always around if you have a question for her. She took the time to make sure I was all set before my move in and checked in with my a few weeks later to make sure I settled in. The property is well kept even with the snow we had
Have lived here at Riverwalk for a year and have had a great experience thus far. Emily is the best property manager I have ever worked with in all of my time renting. Thank you for all you do and thank you for the help you have given me and my family.
The property manager is by far the best. She is very personable and caring about the needs of the residents.
