My husband and I lived here for nearly four years and really enjoyed it. The property manager was always very helpful and courteous and our maintenance requests were always handled in a timely manner. Old Milford was lovely to live next to and we will miss living here.
Absolutely love living in a Riverwalk Rowhouse!! SO homey, and so close to all Old Milford has to offer!! The staff is great!! Amy, the manager, is always friendly and helpful!! A great place to live!!
Wish I never found this place. Over priced for what they claim they have. CMC management is horrible to deal with. Had a river view apartment of course paid extra for that but only could see the river in the fall and winter due to the trees. The elevators were always being serviced.
In a few weeks I’ll be moving to be closer to family, but it won’t be easy to leave my lovely apartment here at Riverwalk. It has been a great place to live. You’re within sight of Milford’s Main Street and just a stone’s throw of the Little Miami River. I can’t say enough about the CMC staff. Everyone here is friendly, helpful and, above all, professional. I am so glad I found this place, and I will miss everything about it.
