Terrible water pressure that has been on going for over 6 months. Giant stinking hole in the sidewalk in front of building 4 that smells like dung and hasn't been safely closed off nor repaired in months. Maintence men randomly coming in without notice and letting out people's pets then never telling anyone where their pet has gone when they come home. I just moved here a few months ago and I'm very happy with this pet friendly community.
Great job, new management team! Vicki, your staff and maintenance crew are doing great! The newly painted buildings really spruced things up nicely. That is one of the reasons we have renewed our lease again. Keep up the good, polite work you do.
I have been looking for an apartment in the Little Rock area for a couple of months now and came across Riverwalk Apartments. I spoke with Kelsey in their office and have never been more pleased with someone's willingness to help me feel welcome and comfortable. Kelsey does an amazing job there and I will definitely be back to make Riverwalk Apartments my new home!!
