I have lived here since July 2019. My apartment has had a serious problem with cockroaches and mold in the vents (even after a maintenance request for the vents). My front window has been broken and won't stay open since I moved in, despite several maintenance requests. Nearly every month I have had at least one issue I need fixed. Auto-drafted rent from my account after I had moved out and lease expired. 7 weeks later and those funds still have not been refunded and apartment managers won’t respond to emails or calls.

By far the best place to live in Little Rock. If you’re looking for nature and a peaceful community this is it.
I LOVE my place. I finally got my open concept living room/ kitchen. The bathroom is huge too! It’s also perfectly pet friendly for my 2 dogs. The staff if also super friendly. I plan on being here for a long time.
Everything is wonderful! However, the pool needs to open sooner than Memorial Day weekend, especially with the heat!
I loved my time living at Riverwalk! I am a travel nurse and needed to find a place to live quickly for my assignment in Little Rock. I contacted Riverwalk, and the staff was very friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. They accommodated my needs quickly, and it was a smooth transition to move in.
