Very unprofessional staff.. They scheduled me an appointment 2 weeks ago to tell me they don't take my vision insurance after I drove 2 hours. There location was on my insurance list and they approved my insurance. I know cause we called and they had to take off the authorization for me to get a exam somewhere else. Makes no sense since they apparently don't take the insurance I had..I called Kingman location they were nice and also wondered why they didn't ask what insurance I had prior to when I called to schedule my appoi... read more
