I had a great experience working with the the leasing office staff, especially Josie and Hannah. They were extremely accommodating, fitting me in for a tour within the very short timeframe that I was able to visit Norfolk.
From the moment you walk into the building, you’re greeted by the smell of cigarette smoke that permeates the hallways. On top of that, the “trash concierge service” they advertise leaves the corridors smelling like garbage all the time. It’s the opposite of what you’d expect from a building marketing itself as upscale apartments. Parking is one of the worst issues that is extremely misleading in their marketing.
