move in was easy .the apartment was clean .the surrounding neighborhood is friendly and lovely .so far it's been nice
This property as of 2025 some buildings are in disrepair lacks ammenities the 2nd swimming pool,gym,clubhouse have been closed for two years careful with ground floor apartments theyre water runoffs for upper floors tubs and sinks this is in the main bathroom when they over flow the tubs will also crack and theyre only repair it once! that pic of the tub is current that was over a year and not repaired They take a pic and you wont hear back from them security deposit isnt worth much the place had multiple breakins vehicles w... read more
It was a great experience n Trey n Josh came as soon as I put the work order in n took care of the issue
Had some difficulty with maintenance at first when I moved in. Things have definitely improved since then. The new maintenance guy was very nice. The only issues I have is that people smoke in the building and I can smell it in my apartment. Not happy about that at all.
