I have been living here at Riverview North for roughly 3 years now. The location is absolutely awesome for any person. You are pretty much 10-20 minutes from everything in Chattanooga, and only 5 minutes outside of downtown and utc campus. There have been many different management groups over the years, but the newest one we have now is fantastic. They seem to care way more about the residents than some previously. I have lived in this apartment community for over five years and have always paid rent on time via autopay. Recently, after a management and payment system change, an autopay-related issue occurred. This issue could have been easily resolved through basic communication. However, the on-site manager, Michelle, handled the situation with a rude, aggressive, and irritated tone from the start. Great experience with this apartment community. The management team is helpful and responsive, and Brandy in the office is especially kind and communicative. The staff truly deserves more praise for their hard work.
