Don't trust the 5 star reviews here. They're either bots or people being paid to raise the average star rating. My wife and I have been here for 2.5 years and it's gone way downhill since moving in. The only money they put into this place is landscapers (not good ones either). One of the buildings still has storm damage from the flood a few months back. Submitted a maintenance request. It was tended to and fixed within a couple days. Thank you.
The experience at Riverview North has been great so far, while move in day was hectic (as is any move-in day) the staff and maintenance crew has been kind and helpful.
