Toured one of the units a few weeks ago with some freinds and were applying now! The manager Brandy Torbett was absolutely wonderful and explained all of the ins and outs of the plac! The new management looks absolutely wonderful and the amenities are lovely!
Great place to live! The community is friendly, safe, and well-kept, which makes it feel like home. Management is professional, responsive, and handles any issues quickly. Overall, a well-run property with a welcoming atmosphere—I highly recommend it.
I wanted to like living at Riverview, but my experience has been consistently frustrating and disappointing. I keep my apartment clean, yet I had ants coming out of my bathroom faucet handle which is honestly unbelievable. On top of that, my heat didn’t work properly in the winter, and my unit sat at 52 degrees in January. That’s not just uncomfortable.
