Disappointment after disappointment! Trust the reviews or you will learn the hard way, you will never be able to communicate with staff and you will lose water for multiple days throughout the year receiving no notice or notice after it’s shut off. This place should be investigated.
‼️‼️‼️DO NOT APPLY TO LIVE HERE‼️‼️‼️ Extremely poor experience from this complex. Predatory $200 administrative fee BEFORE you even get the apartment along with $75 application fee. I would email them several times, most times around 30 minutes after they had then they would wait to reply the next day or even wait a couple more days. Couldn’t call because they wouldn’t pick up, never even showed up when I scheduled a tour, and wasted my entire month. The recent change in management has been extremely frustrating. While I understand that transitioning to new management can come with challenges, I believe the new management team should recognize these potential issues and take greater responsibility for addressing them. First, the repeated water outages have been unacceptable, particularly when residents are given little to no advance notice. They do not answer the phone, voicemails, or emails. Even if you go in person, they will lie to your face about getting back in contact with you. I wasted my time & money applying to this place.
First off let me say this, brandy and Michelle were soo kind and a breathe of fresh air these apartments needed but idk what happen towards the end because they dropped the ball when it came to me due to not leaving any info on the agreements we have and now these new people are not upholding the information that was told to me.
