My original review was five star because when Kona managed the property that’s what it was ! The new manager Jamie breaks Idaho tenant laws left and right and I’m getting ready to file against the property because of it because corporate could seem to care less about slum lords on their properties.

Kona is awesome ! Property is beautiful and peaceful. The apartments themselves or at least mine has seen some rough renters before but it’s still nice.
