Not Expensive. Great location to downtown and Gathering Place. Easy access to River trails. Only downside is no swimming pool.
I love living here. The neighbors are all lovely, the quality is great for the amazing low price, great location, maintenance is timely and easy to communicate with and nice, the leasing office is easy to get in contact with, and it really feels like home. The only reason I took off a star is because it's infested with German roaches which are difficult to get rid of. They don't spray as often as you'd like and when they do, it's not a thorough spray at all. Last time they sprayed, it was one wall of my tiny hallway and that... read more
