They care more about money, than they do animals. I have never encountered less caring staff in my life. After 2 years of trying to give the benefit of the doubt, we are switching to another local vet. My fur baby deserves the best care available, and RAH is NOT providing it.

Best place ever ! The staff and doctors so professional and caring. Would not take my pets anyplace else. If I could give 10 stars I would.
I want to thank Dr. Misty and her staff for treating my Elvis with such kindness and concern when I had to let him go due to sickness. My heart aches a lot. Sitting on the floor together showed me you cared about Elvis' last minutes.
We owe great thanks to the staff of Riverview. On May 10, we took our 16 and a half year old beagle/ Jack Russell terrier mix, Bingo T. Dog, to see Dr Brad Garvin. Brad had to break very bad news to us, and he did it with the utmost clarity and tact. He gave Bingo some treatment to relieve his symptoms. The next day Bingo hadn't improved; we took him back in. My wife took our dog there last Friday Dr treated him for hurt back, gave meds .Sunday he still wasn't good we took him to Anderson vca..after blood work we found he had no platelets, was bleeding into his tissue...we had to have him euthanized. We will not go back to riverview!!!
My jetta baby is sick possibly with parvo & I have no money to take her to the vet so i called a animal HOSPITAL (river view animal hospital) they didn't ask about money or anything but said they could see my puppy in 2 WEEKS if anybody knows what parvo is she wouldn't make it that long! that bitch obviously did NOT know I don't play about my babies!! So obviously I told her my opinion about the shitty Service I got and maybe a little more!! but then I called Dr. Brown and he would see her today at 6:30! WHY? because mommma ... read more
