What I have to say about this clinic is on no part of Dr. Campbell, who was extremely professional and compassionate during our first experience here. However, I have extreme issues with the communication skills and lack of compassion coming from the manager whose name was Allison, and the front-desk staff. I brought my cat here on August 1st for an EKG as he was very sick. They found a blood clot and our cat was not get better, so my partner and I had to make the hard decision to put our cat down. Riverview's Dr. Campbell messed up when signing my animal's health certificates to travel. My cats are no longer flying on their booked dates, costing hundreds to reschedule. I will also have to reschedule my flight. I paid $216 to have these papers signed and that couldn't even be done properly. I made to drive 40 minutes to to talk to someone as soon as I heard about the error since no one would answer the phone. They nearly declined me because I didn't have my cats with me. The staff and docs at Riverview are absolutely amazing! Every single team member was patient and kind to me and so loving towards my baby boy! I was amazed, and so appreciative of how sweet and knowledgeable everyone is there from making the appointment to checking out. I'm so happy and grateful I found them for my babies!
My vet was closed today and after seeing blood from my pup's urine I was frantically searching for a vet that was open on Sunday. Riverview was open and they took her right in to do an exam and urinalysis. Dr. Wood saw her and diagnosed UTI (which she'd never had before) and we were able to start an antibiotic today. Can't say how thankful I am that they see patients on Sunday! Thank you Dr. Wood and staff at Riverview Animal Clinic!
We stumbled upon this clinic when we found an injured, terrified, and sick stray one Sunday who had basically resigned himself to die on a family member's porch. The staff helped us make the right decisions for his care and make the sweetest addition to our family.
