Bugs everywhere every building every floor. Worst bug issue I have ever seen and it was universal across 60% of units. Place nickle and dimes you at every opportunity for very very mid level amenities. On paper it looks enticing, its all show. Avoid.
NOT A SAFE PLACE I recently moved out after 2 years. I thought my experience was unusual, but after reading other reviews and talking to residents, it’s clear that security issues happen frequently. I am new to Austin and a future resident of the Berkshire Riverview first off when I was hunting for a new place to live, this was not only the most affordable, but it was the most accessible up-to-date, and beautiful space. Berkshire has been a great place to live. Everything super clean. The staff is super friendly and maintenance team kills it. I had a pluming emergency at 11pm on night and Cruz was at my door in no time to fix it. Cruz for the win⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had such a great experience touring Berkshire Riverview! The staff was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. Thalia made the entire tour feel comfortable and personal, and really gave me that at-home feeling. Such a positive experience overall!
