We moved in 3 months ago, and I have nothing but great things to say about this complex! Great location, fabulous pool (which is pretty quiet and relaxed, even on weekends), direct access to the boardwalk, and even a private dock to launch off of into town lake. Love living here. They make an effort to keep the property clean. Management and staff are friendly. Maintenance is fast and very helpful.
They sent me to collections for a random amount of money OVER A YEAR after I moved out. I have all my receipts from the payments I made before I moved out so I don’t know what they could be billing me for as I never received any of my deposit back from them either. The staff was really nasty to me during the move out process and I was going to move on.
