Petty, unprofessional front desk staff.
DO NOT MOVE HERE! You have been warned. They will charge you SO much for move out charges and then also keep your deposit. The management at Berkshire are scammers and will take you for everything you have. They are trying to charge us almost $1.5k for simple wear and tear because of a scratch on one piece of flooring even though they decided to pocket our $800 deposit.
