I had such a great experience touring Berkshire Riverview! The staff was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. Thalia made the entire tour feel comfortable and personal, and really gave me that at-home feeling. Such a positive experience overall!

Been living here since September of 2020. Damn near 6 years! Can imagine calling another place in Austin my home. Until I get an actual home of course , but I’ve got to say. Santos(lead maintenance specialist) and Delma(the GM aka our Mother Goose) are some of the greatest ppl to have watching over our homestead. They take care of us better than any complex I’ve ever experienced in my long tenured life of living in apartment complexes. Shout out to them and they work they put in.
Stay far away from renting at this apartment complex. My wife and I lived here for ~4 years and it was an overall miserable experience. There were homeless people passed out right outside the exterior doors on Riverside and had to call the cops multiple times at night thinking the person was dead. There are constant break-ins in the parking garage and Berkshire would ignore any concerns and did not do anything about it. DO NOT MOVE HERE! You have been warned. They will charge you SO much for move out charges and then also keep your deposit. The management at Berkshire are scammers and will take you for everything you have. They are trying to charge us almost $1.5k for simple wear and tear because of a scratch on one piece of flooring even though they decided to pocket our $800 deposit.
