I gave it a 1star due to the fact the price doesn’t match the apartments itself the inside need to be updated kitchen n all small closet spaces n small balcony smh on top of that the lady Dora who only been there for acouple of months wasn’t to please with my choice so i felt attitude before I left she didn’t even give good hospitality n make me want to change my mind. What a beautiful property. I stopped in the office earlier today and was greater by a lovely young lady named Daija. She was very courteous and showed us around the property. I’ve visited a few properties over this weekend and none were as well maintained & clean as RiverTree. I have a few more properties to view before I narrow down my decision, but RiverTree is on my top 3. Thank you again to Daija for taking her time and answering all of my questions
It’s a decent place so far, better than Sherwood oaks (not a high bar at all) The only real downside is you have to pull out into Bloomingdale avenue in order to leave, which is nigh impossible at peak hours, but that’s not really anything within their control. Any chance of a bridge being built from here to Target?
