I rate these apartments 5 out of ten. Rivertree serves it's basic purpose for living. However, you don't truly get the abundance or upgraded appliances. But you will get an inflation in your rent at renewal. Secondly, there is 500 dollar transfer fee if you desire to transfer units and possible deposits. Lastly, if the reptile family sends you 🤯 don't move over here...there are about 1 billion tress in this neighborhood alone. So good luck on your search.
Had such a great experience when I visited this property to visit a friend. Spoke with a young woman that works with the management team and she was beyond kind and very informative. Beautiful property, very clean, quiet and inviting. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to live! If I didn’t already own a home, I would have applied to live here!
I was really looking forward to moving into Rivertree apartments but my experience was disappointing. From the beginning, I was upfront about my credit situation, and I was told that with a larger deposit, I would still be able to move forward — which I was completely fine with. However, after going through the process, I was unexpectedly told I needed a co-signer instead. Unfortunately, being new to Florida and here on my own, I don’t have anyone to co-sign for me.
