Excellent service Great hospitality
Our service at Rivertown has been good,however it's important to us that spell our name correctly. We have asked on the 4th service visit to spell my husbands first name right. We showed our check book, military if and his drivers license. Everyone tells us they will correct or send to the right department to take care of. On this Thursday, Jeremy, the last service representive here in Columbus said he would surely have it done. It's Omer McCants. ...Not....Omar. Please help !!!!

The service department is simply not organized to facilitate good customer service. Rather than being met upon arrival (as has been the norm at other dealers), at Rivertown there is no one to greet or direct the customers. After finding the way to the bank of service reps, there is no clear line or any indication how their “system” works. I was told it would be about 30 minutes before the shuttle was available, after an hour, I called an Uber. I’ll drive to the dealer in LaGrange for service next time and save myself the fru... read more
