I was disappointed how long it took when I had an appointment! Also they messed up my settings, had to return to get them re-set!
Communicate in an honest way. Tell customers why we are waiting and if something changes we get to decide to continue or not. This dealership strikes me as manipulatative and shady.

Went to go look at the new 2019 C-HR and ended up leaving with one in just a couple of hours! Austin went above and beyond for me in the purchase of my new car. The whole process was smooth and never had any trouble. Everyone there had a great attitude and was very attentive. Definitely recommend going to see Rivertown Toyota for your next buying experience!
I love the service I received. The people were very professional and the service system is organized. The monitor allows you to know where your service for your vehicle is and the time frame for waiting. One important factor I like is when the service was complete and/or almost completed the service representative walks over and ask for the customer to remain seated to inform the customer of the service needed and the price for it. I took my car to get its 25000 mile service and am very happy with the service we got. The gentlemen behind the desk was very friendly and professional and even went out of his way and drove my car back to the garage/car port so my kids and I wouldn’t get soaked since it was pouring rain. Great customer service!
