The people here are very nice and friendly, surrounding is comftorable but I had an 8:30 appointment , it is now 1:07 and I am still waiting .

Guess it's time for lawyers. Our Rav 4 , 2012, has once again had the engine run away with us. We have witnesses and it was NOT user error. Toyota refuses to say there is a problem. So here we go...,

Not happy bought a brand new 2014 black car had a couple of scratches in hood brought it back to get fixed and they put swirl marks in it.

What's the point of making an appointment if you're put to the back of the line anyways and are forced to wait more than 2 hours for a simple 15k service?!
