Jerry McIntyr was my service advisor today. I brought my 2007 Camry in for a couple of recall notices, and to have my oil changed. My appointment was at 8:30am and Jerry checked me in quickly. I asked to receive the complimentary car wash, and left my car for the day. Only two hours later I was called saying the car was ready for pick-up. Parts were ordered for the recall notice and I paid for the oil change with a coupon available online. My car was washed and looked great. Thanks Jerry and the car wash person!!!

If you take your car in for service, get a second diagnosis. Rivertown wanted to ''replace'' a part and change me $250. Took it somewhere else, was told nothing was wrong with that part. The correct part was replaced for $103. Also, have tried multiple times to find out information about the multiple recalls on my car. Can't get anyone to call me back.
