Everyone is experienced in the service of my vehicle and you can stay with one service representative for every service. I've been with Veronica as my Service Rep and she is someone you can trust.

Salesman was Samuel W Purchased a 2009 Honda *************** ******19 Picked up on*******19 This company sold me a LEMON. Within having it the first couple of weeks, I had to pay over $1000 in auto parts and labor to have the brakes and front end fixed. Brakes, rotors, lower control arms, etc. The mechanic said it would have been dangerous to drive. The salesman told me that they would have the brakes checked and fixed. Bought a used car from there. They assured me that the don't scam people like everyone else in town but they do. They claim they check the cars morw thoroughly than anyone else. But sure enough on the way home from the buying the car I lost oil pressure and check engine light comes on. Buyer beware of lies and pushy sales tactics just like everyone else.

Traded my Kia on a New F150. I wish I would have done it sooner. Raymond really took the time to help us find the right one. It was refreshing to be offered alternatives instead of pressure.

Do not do business with this company. I purchased a used car, I found issues with it up front and they agreed to fix them. 1 month later, 3 trips to their so called service department, and it is not fixed. At this time the managers will not take or return my phone calls. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!!!!

Arrived at Rivertown on thursday morning. Dealership staff greeted me in a timely manner. I wanted to trade my Toyota Tundra in on new F150 Ecoboost engine. If you havent seen the videos about the torture test they put this engine thru you should watch before buying. That's what sold me on trading. Im now getting about 40% better gas mileage. Filling up about every other week instead of every week. The on screen MPG's does not seem to reflec actuall MPG's. I average 5-7 mpgs better than what the truck says. The transmission ... read more

I literally shopped until I dropped. Lowest price and easiest to deal with. This was the first time I bought a new car so I didn't know what to expect but I love my new Fiesta. Sync is awesome.
