Rivertown Ford is Five Star Great buying experience. I heard Brad say on the radio he wanted to buy trades even if you didnt buy from him. So, i gave him a chance. He bought my trade for more than the dealer across the street offered me for a trade. 3 weeks later I bought a new F150...Good Job RIvertown.
PROUND EDGE OWNER i would give river town 5 stars..harvey moore was a fantastic salesman. he sold me my 2008 edge in 2009 and when i wanted a 2013 edge, i went right back to harvey & rivertown...excellent customer service, friendly courteous associates, non pressure atmosphere, wasn't there all day and harvey was the greatest, just down home and so sweet. I LOVE RIVERTOWN FORD!
Service Department We had a break down while in Columbus for a military graduation. We had the car towed immediately to Rivertown. We were told that there was no way they could even look at the car that day (this was at 10:30am). So we had to wait till mid morning the next day to even find out the problem and then wait another day for them to get the parts in. Great Truck Arrived at Rivertown on thursday morning. Dealership was staff greeted me in a timely manner. I wanted to trade my Toyota Tundra in on new F150 Ecoboost engine. If you havent seen the videos about the torture test they put this engine thru you should watch before buying. That's what sold me on trading. Im now getting about 40% better gas mileage. Filling up about every other week instead of every week. The on screen MPG's does not seem to reflec actuall MPG's. I average 5-7 mpgs better than what the truck says. T... read more
My complaint is that I dropped my 2012 ************* off at Rivertown Toyota Collision Center for repairs. My property damage claim with ********* Insurance Co on 11/23/2020.********** gave me a check for 1278.05. I paid it to Rivertown Toyota Collision Center on 1/30/2020. I get a call from the Manager saying my car was ready., but when I went to pick it up it wasn't ready. I noticed that the rear Lamps left and right mud guards was not done my car set in front of their shop two more week and wasn't work on. I kept calling ... read more

They tried to con me out of twenty-nine grand. They said I need my right side strut changed and my fluids replaced. I took it to ******* and they said my struts were fine. That it was the ball joints that needed replacing. They also left something disconnected on my sister's car. So, she would have to come back. My nephew fixed it in two minutes. I have been dealing with this dealer for over 2 months regarding the repair of my Ford Explorer. My truck went into the shop on Jun 23, 2020 and here it is Aug 13,2020 and I still don't have my truck. I get a different answer every time I call. The service advisor Stephen C. that is the advisor in charge of my truck never returns my phone call when I call looking for information regarding the status. Then when I do talk to another advisor other than him, they're telling me your truck should be ready tomorrow......well again ... read more
They offered **** service and I accepted which was a major problem. The driver couldn't find me & I couldn't get through to Rivertown Ford to get answers. Then I wanted the service called the works. The cost was $25.99, I ended up paying $31.00 then was informed that they did not do the tire rotation & I was charged for it. Highly dissatisfied
