Rivertown Ford is Five Star Great buying experience. I heard Brad say on the radio he wanted to buy trades even if you didnt buy from him. So, i gave him a chance. He bought my trade for more than the dealer across the street offered me for a trade. 3 weeks later I bought a new F150...Good Job RIvertown.
PROUND EDGE OWNER i would give river town 5 stars..harvey moore was a fantastic salesman. he sold me my 2008 edge in 2009 and when i wanted a 2013 edge, i went right back to harvey & rivertown...excellent customer service, friendly courteous associates, non pressure atmosphere, wasn't there all day and harvey was the greatest, just down home and so sweet. I LOVE RIVERTOWN FORD!
Service Department We had a break down while in Columbus for a military graduation. We had the car towed immediately to Rivertown. We were told that there was no way they could even look at the car that day (this was at 10:30am). So we had to wait till mid morning the next day to even find out the problem and then wait another day for them to get the parts in. Front staff was helpful in the end but they could have taken 15 minutes sometime the first day to hook up the car to the computer to determine the problem so parts cou... read more
