I would give a -0- review if possible. Traded in my vehicle for another used vehicle. Was told by the sales person that I had 14 days or less than 1000 miles to turn new purchased vehicle back in. Called Rivertown less than 24 hours later and stated that I didn’t like the vehicle at all. Less gas mileage than listed and was a rough riding vehicle. BAD experience Bought my 2 yr old Ford Explorer, last Fall, not too bad of an experience in the sale, but when I pointed out that the 2 front tires were a different brand than then the 2 back tires, I just wanted them to match, the salesman, must have thought I didnt know anything, told me " thats the way Ford designed them so you have 2 different brands so you get to see which wear's better" Honest to goodness. ...They changed the tires to match, but the really bad experience was in the service. $ months after purchase, at ... read more
happy birthday 2 me! My wife bought me a new truck and got a great deal. I've had my service done once at dealership with no complaints. I would suggest going to there website first very user friendly.
Great Dealership Mike Chandler the Salesmanager is the best. No pressure and will take care of you after the sale. I have bought 4 New Fords and will keep on buying from them. They deffenently have the best prices check them out.
The worst dealer I've been to. I brought my year old mustang in for the power steering and the rack and pinion to be changed. Told the service lady I would be waiting. 9 hours later the tech comes up and tells me sorry if he had known I was waiting he would have been quicker and maybe worked through lunch!! Everyone is rude including the parts people. Drove the car three feet and was still making the same noise, tech came out and said "oh it's still making noise isn't it?" BAD SALESMAN TOWARD ARMY VET. I probably had the worst experience with them than any of the dealerships here in Columbus, I am a wounded soldier from IRAQ and I was ready to buy a new car I shopped around w/ my wife and at the time they did have good prices on there mustangs but when i got out of my truck and was on crutches the salesman looked at me and said " oh man your a cripple" so i took my wife and got back in the truck and left. They don't shuffle paperwork and try to hassle you. They are very up front, and you won't be dissapointed with their service. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, go here first! EXCELLENT! FIVE STARS! Brad went out of his way to make the purchase experience top notch. We had no intention of buying on out first day but after the driving the vehicle and seeing how easy Rivertown made the buying experience, we drove off in a new Edge!
