The Staff and Maintenance is more than unsatisfactory. My wife and I moved in May 2013 to a townhouse from PA. My father in law got the keys for us and told them that the central air conditioning was not working properly.After multiple calls and complaints the air conditioning unit did get replaced but not until the end of August. That's right!! Basically 3&1/2 months (almost the entire summer) without properly functioning air conditioning. No apologies. No anything.
