Well bought new truck in the morning and break light came on and cruise control don't work when light is on. Took truck back at noon. After 3 hrs dealership gave me my truck back and 5 minutes later light came back on. Took truck back dealership give me a loner
The Service Dept. employees were professional and friendly. The Service Mgr. offered a shuttle but ended up giving us a loaner car while our 23 Corvette was getting a Transmission service at Riverton Elko Chevrolet GMC. We highly recommend this dealership and will definitely consider buying our next new vehicle here.
Went looking for a car for my daughter and found 2 we liked. Even with my difficult negotiations they were awesome. Mike was my sales guy and even with my concerns of that specific car and the issues with it they resolved them and made everything easy and quick. I also love they are in the community for the community with their elko give back program donating $100 back into the community.
Payson was extremely helpful in making our most recent car buying experience as painless as possible. We were give fair market value for our trade as well as pricing on the new vehicle. We have almost always bought out of town as prices tended to be higher on the vehicles here in Elko. This time was different.
