So accessible and I can say is located in the heart of my favorite areas
I just signed to the Fourth St Co-OP for my second year and I am so excited. The amenities are so new, the apartments feel bigger than most on campus and everything just feels so fresh. The staff are incredibly responsive if there are any problems and they get things solved very quickly. I am very happy to have found this place.

Like I posted before, it is awesome being part of this community given the amenities it provides and regular community events it conducts.
Riverton has been a great place to live while being a student. Affordable and accommodating, the management is also ALWAYS responsive within 24 hours
The building is always very clean, they have composting, a nice workout area, and respond quickly to maintenance requests! 😊
I immensely enjoy living at this facility. I would definitely recommend Riverton to others looking at affordable housing.
