This is my third year living in Riverton Community Housing and let me tell you, it is the best apartment to live near the University of Minnesota. It is 1 0 minutes walk from campus and the Dinkytown has a fun vibe compared to other locations. Also, it is the most affordable housing near the campus. It has free utilities and the apartment is bigger compared to others. Overall, I am graduating soon but I will miss this place!

Chateau housing apartment is a good place to live. The building is always very clean. The members are so kind. And the price is also acceptable.
