Great service. Punctual. Good communication. Had a new 4 ton Trane "Choice" unit (one step above builder grade) installed to replace an older unit. Installed within a couple days of quote! Caution to inspect closely... Connected new condenser to existing 40 amp breaker when the tag stated 35 amp max (changed to 30 amp). Gas pipe installed overlapping evap coil cover, so it wasn't accessible (relocated), but valve handle was mangled, and installed upside down (we fixed it). I can’t say enough good things about RiverTech! They were friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. After having a different company come out and “fix” our AC for $2,000, it went out again just 3 weeks later. That same company returned only to tell us the whole unit needed replacing — quoting $12,000–$14,000 but generously (eye roll) offering to credit our $2,000 toward it. My wife and I needed some work performed on our HVAC unit. Rivertech was a great choice. Easy to make an appointment and Grayson, the technician, was really nice and knew what needed to be done. The work did not take long. He replaced the fan motor and the HVAC unit works great again. Will definitely be using Rivertech in the future. Thanks for the help!
