Dishonest, inept, and unprofessional. I found out that these guys did not complete the work they were supposed to, a line item I paid $600 dollars for (on top of another 4k). Turns out they never closed off our primary system after installing a mini split, and as a result we now have a rat infestation with feces and urine in the vents and blowing into our house — and has completely exhausted the hvac system overworking to cool our house + high bills. My Ir went out when it was sooo hot and River Tech came out right away and got my air running again!! they were so nice and helpful!! If you have a problem you should defiantly call them first!!
Couldn't have been happier with my experience with Rivertech. Excellent job replacing my old unit. Everything from the new wiring and new ducting was handled professionally. Attention to detail was top notch! I highly recommend and will continue to use this company in the future.
