The rooms have terribly uncomfortable chairs and beds. Our couch was an old hideabed with hard worn out cushions and the two queen beds were like trying to sleep on slabs of stone. I have never been so disappointed. On top of that the shower didn’t work very well and you had to hold the toilet handle down in order for it to flush. Large amounts of dirt and dust behind the couch. The sliding door out to our patio was screwed up as well. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone and I will not be back! Terrible place!!!
RecommendedWe spent last week with friends at the RiverStone Resort and Spa.I highly recommend staying here on your next visit. Very clean, good size rooms .Convenient to the attractions.We had a few hiccups with our AC but we called the front desk and things were taken care of in a very timely fashion and they checked back to make sure all was well. Very courteous staff . Thank you RiverStone Resort and Spa for helping to make our vacation so awesome!! We will be back 😁

Beautiful resort with an amazing staff
We would definitely NOT recommend this resort. The condos carpets was so dirty you couldn’t walk on the floors barefoot without your feet turning black. The pools don’t have lifeguards like shown in pictures. The lazy river floor of the pool was black and the inside pool was cloudy. Also they don’t keep the pool decks clean. Someone had thrown up and on the pool deck and it was just left. Needless to say my kids didn’t get to swim on the vacation. It was a terrible resort and the pictures don’t really show the resort at all.
