Room keys didn’t work four times. Dirty room. Mold in shower as well. GFI outlets don’t work.

This a wonderful place and we visit them every time we are in town. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a great massage while in town. This place is first class and the staff is top notch!!!!

Comfortable and feels like home away from home or even better! Friendly staff. The indoor pool and hot tub are a huge hit for kiddos in the evenings and the heated lazy river at night is a bonus! The spa onsite is convenient and a wonderful calming experience before hitting the road to Dollywood- like a 10 minute drive up the road! Yay! I was a guest there this past week and the view from a River room is the only nice thing I can say. You can definitely fine something just a nice for half the price. The rates they charge are contemptible. They made a mistake on booked a room for me that was not available then I had to do an upgrade and pay for it to boot. We stayed back in September, I will never stay in any other places in Pigeon Forge . This was top notch. Rooms were huge with personal bathrooms ❤️✅ had a balcony on back and a front screen balcony! Would highly recommend for large groups!!
Had a great time, walking distance from The Old Mill area.
