The room was awesome. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. the lazy river, the pool, the workout room all are a plus. I love my balcony overlooking the river. I love the fact of where this resort is located, which is literally a second away from Parkway. Everything for the kids, adults to do is on Parkway. Activities, eateries, grocery stores, gas stations, pharmacies etc. Will definitely be visiting again
The room reserved stated there was a fireplace but it did not work. We stayed in building 1 and had to park at the end of the parking lot at the end due to all of the golf carts in parking spots. Very disappointing when you pay $250 a night. 👎🏻
Great checking, easy to navigate to and from. The 24 hour pool is nice. the room is fantastic.
I was highly disappointed with the reservation process, as well as the check-in process. Your staff member Jodia/Jody I can't remember her name, but it was similar to that, truly embarrassed me in front of other guests during the check out process. I was asking her for what was requested before booking. All I did was ask for a clean set of sheets for my bed, which resulted in her being very disrespectful and stating that if I was not happy with the arrangement of not getting clean sheets, then she could refund me my money, a... read more
2 bed / 2 bath room was spacious, clean and quiet. Great pools at the resort and fantastic location. Check in was a little on the slow side due to some room maintenance but once checked it; everything was great. Loved the huge balcony overlooking the golf course. Highly recommend this resort.
This is such a fabulous resort at the heart of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee with a lazy river pool and spa, 24 hour indoor swimming pool & hot tub!!! The condos are so spacious , equipped with full size kitchen, washer & dryer, diner table & queen sized sofa bed, electric fireplace & a huge bedroom and have an overlooking of the Great Smokey’s and flowing Pigeon River at the resort!!! Especially nice and friendly staff to welcome your stay at the resort!! 5 star rating all the way!!
Our first time staying and we will be back. Rooms perfect for large families. Beautiful location and views and rooms. Beautiful pool and lazy river area
