Willie did a fantastic job fixing and replacing the sink drain & trap. He did this all in a timely and efficient manner. We went through the entire process of replacing the drain due to broken seal and made sure it worked before leaving by running water through the new drain. He made sure to notify us of the process and what to lookout for in the event this issue still occurs. Overall, he did a great job and I feel confident this has fixed the issue.
I just move in this week but it has been an amazing experience with the Riverstone staff. Everyone has been friendly and supportive. I only had a week to find an apartment and move in. They helped me get approved quickly, pull ahead the move in date, and even fixed a rent issue. The unit layout is perfect, the apartment feels very spacious, and the amenities are well equipped with beautiful surroundings to walk. Big pet communitty here. Special thanks to Madison for being so flexible, patient, and supportive.
